Privacy Policy

Quantum Bridge Galaxy respects the privacy of users of Quantum Bridge. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

By using Quantum Bridge, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

This policy applies to the Quantum Bridge platform operated by Quantum Bridge Galaxy (Pty) Ltd. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how the service is used, Quantum Bridge may collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Account credentials
  • IP address, device and browser information
  • TradingView alert messages
  • MT4/MT5 account numbers
  • Broker names and server information
  • Trade and order information
  • EA configuration information
  • Account and connection information
  • Support-chat messages
  • Subscription, payment and billing information
  • Service usage information, technical logs and error reports
  • Other information voluntarily provided by the user

We collect only information reasonably connected to operating, securing, supporting and improving the service.

3. Account information

Account information is used to create and maintain user accounts; authenticate users; provide access to the dashboard; manage subscriptions; provide support; maintain security; and communicate important service information.

Users are responsible for ensuring their account information remains accurate.

4. Trading and integration information

Quantum Bridge processes technical information necessary to route and manage user-configured instructions. This may include TradingView alerts, trading instructions, order information, account identifiers, broker/server information, EA configuration, connection information, and technical responses generated by connected platforms.

This information is processed to provide the integration and automation functions requested by the user. Quantum Bridge does not use this information to make investment decisions for users.

5. Injector improvement

Quantum Bridge’s alert injector may encounter scripts or alert structures that are unusual, complex or incompatible. To continuously improve the injector, Quantum Bridge may retain and analyse limited information relating to scripts or script structures that cause technical problems or require special handling.

This may be used to improve parsing, regular expressions, processing logic, compatibility, error handling and future injector capabilities. This process is intended to improve the software and does not constitute investment analysis or financial advice.

6. Payment information

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Quantum Bridge may receive information necessary to identify and manage a transaction, such as payment status, transaction reference, subscription status and billing information.

Payment card details may be processed directly by the applicable payment provider according to that provider’s security and privacy practices. Quantum Bridge does not need to retain complete payment-card credentials in order to provide the subscription service.

7. Support chat

Quantum Bridge provides support through its authenticated dashboard. Support conversations may be stored so that Quantum Bridge can respond to requests, investigate technical problems, maintain continuity of support, improve the service, investigate abuse or security incidents, and maintain appropriate service records.

Users should not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, private keys or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through support chat.

8. VPS information

Where a user uses a Quantum Bridge VPS, technical information relating to the hosted environment may be processed for the purpose of providing and maintaining the VPS.

Broker login credentials used inside the user’s hosted MT4/MT5 environment are intended to remain within that hosted environment and are not intentionally collected as ordinary Quantum Bridge account data.

9. IP addresses and technical information

We may collect IP addresses, browser information, device information, operating system information, timestamps, logs and similar technical information.

This information may be used to secure the platform, detect abuse, diagnose technical problems, maintain service reliability, investigate suspicious activity, understand service usage, and improve performance.

10. Cookies

Quantum Bridge may use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, account sessions, security, preferences, functionality, analytics, performance and service operation.

Users may control cookies through their browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may prevent parts of Quantum Bridge from operating correctly.

11. How we use information

Information may be used to:

  • Provide Quantum Bridge services and authenticate accounts
  • Process subscriptions and operate connections
  • Operate VPS environments
  • Provide support and diagnose errors
  • Prevent fraud and abuse and protect platform security
  • Maintain technical logs
  • Improve software and the alert injector
  • Communicate service-related information
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

12. We do not sell personal information

Quantum Bridge does not sell users’ personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We do not operate a business based on selling user profiles or trading information.

13. Service providers

We may use third-party providers necessary to operate Quantum Bridge, including providers for hosting, VPS infrastructure, payment processing, authentication, communications, analytics, security, software infrastructure and technical services.

Service providers receive information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide their services to Quantum Bridge.

15. Data security

Quantum Bridge takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their own account credentials and connected third-party accounts.

16. Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service; maintain business and transaction records; provide support; investigate security incidents; improve the service; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; or comply with applicable legal obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of where appropriate.

17. Children’s privacy

Quantum Bridge is intended for users who meet the applicable minimum age requirements for the service and associated third-party trading platforms. We do not knowingly create accounts for users who are below the applicable minimum age.

18. Third-party websites

Quantum Bridge may contain links or integrations to third-party services. Quantum Bridge is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

Users should review the privacy policies of services such as TradingView, MetaTrader-related services, brokers, hosting providers and payment providers independently.

19. User rights and requests

Users may contact Quantum Bridge through the authenticated dashboard support system regarding questions concerning their personal information, account information or privacy.

Requests may be subject to reasonable verification to protect account security. Certain information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, security or legal purposes.

20. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on the Quantum Bridge website.

Continued use of Quantum Bridge after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgement of the updated policy.
